This powerful combination offers a unified, real-time view of any shipments and inventory, all in one intuitive interface.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in the United States.

As a Customer Success Manager at Sensos, your role will be critical in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers.

In addition, fostering long-term relationships with customers and global cross-functional teams. As an employee in our dynamic and collaborative work environment, you will have opportunities for career growth and personal development.

Rolls &Responsibilities :

  • Customer Onboarding (Pre-sell) :
  • Account Management (Post-Sell) :
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Product Education and Upsell :
  • Stay informed about the latest updates, features, and enhancements to our Sensos solutions.
  • Provide ongoing product education and training to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of their investment.
  • Communicate customer insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Renewal Management :
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role (3 Years).
  • Previous experience with SaaS solutions and / or IoT devices with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Previous experience with logistics & supply chain - advantage
  • Understanding of cellular communication advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

General

Full time position, 100% remote

Region : preferred to be in Chicago time zone or Boston area

Include traveling to the customer's site from time to time as needed (10%).
